To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of these Company Values sections.
Things like "We're inclusive" and "We care" and "Fair wage employer" shouldn't be anything to shout about. They should be standard.
For me, the fact that a company is seen as attractive because it invites staff to be authentic and recognises that mental health exists is a clarion call to raise our baselines.
So, at Peakpact, when talking about our values, we're not attempting to set a high bar inside a broken arena, we're looking at the game and asking what the starting line should look like.

The object isn’t to make business beautiful, it’s to create the conditions which make beautiful business inevitable.*
Creativity can fix and enhance anything. Creativity is a skill
- it can be learned, practiced, improved and refined.
Creating beauty should be ever business's goal.
Create beauty, any way we can.
