Pathfinder
A focused engagement around an important pressure point
When conditions change and the right response is not yet clear, owned or underway, Pathfinder helps organisations understand the situation, develop and assess credible options, agree a response and prepare it for action.

For when...
The conditions have changed but your actions haven't.
An action, shift, intervention or approach matters but struggles to become operational.
Commercial reality and stated purpose are conflicting and pulling in different directions.
You have several possible routes, disparate agenda, and no shared confidence.
The people closest to the issue see something important that others are missing.
You may need to stop or reroute something already in motion.

Bring one bounded situation where progress is important and there's a genuine possibility of worthwhile action.

Understand.
Explore.
Decide.
Act.
Assess.
Understand and clarify what changed, why it matters now, what is at stake and which evidence or voices are needed.
Explore assumptions, surface constraints and capabilities, and develop credible routes beyond the default response.
Decide the routes forwards, assessed against purpose, positive intent, commercial reality, consequences and readiness. Make the rationale and alternatives visible.
Act with confirmation of ownership, resources, permissions and the first meaningful actions - or the learning and further actions needed before commitment.
Assess with fit-for-purpose measures and waymarkers in place. Define the review dates and triggers that should prompt reassessment.

A Fit Call is thirty focused minutes to sharpen the situation, offer useful perspective and decide the most practical next step. If Pathfinder fits, the next step is a clear paid proposal. If it doesn't, Peakpact will recommend preparation, a referral or a pause.

What's in scope

Pathfinder does not automatically include: implementation labour, large primary research, legal or compliance topics (including carbon accounting), travel and related subsistence beyond pre-agreements, nor indefinite advisory access.
If another specialist or a different form of support is more appropriate, Peakpact will say so.
